The Team
Our two person UK based systems team is currently carrying out a complete systems overhaul for our UK business. We are looking for a highly systems and data literate systems professional to work with them on a 6 month contract basis to complete the project implementation, roll out and post go-live support and snagging.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager and working closely with the VP of Finance and Operations, the role of Technical Project Support will work across all of the systems and processes included in the project. These systems will be used widely across the business including marketing, sales, delivery, customer success and customer support.
The new tech stack being implemented is comprised of the below new systems:
- Salesforce CRM (replacing previous instances of Salesforce and Hubspot CRM)
- Gong
- Aircall
- Custify
Which will be integrated with the following existing systems:
- NetSuite (via Celigo NetSuite/Salesforce connector)
- Chargebee
- Dealhub
And the following systems will be combined from two current instances into one and integrated into the new stack:
- Hubspot marketing
- Zendesk (and AI features enabled and configured)
The Role
Responsibilities are expected to include, but will not be limited to:
- Working as a core member of the project team, alongside the Group Operations Manager and Systems Architect to complete the implementation of our new technology stack, targeted to go live at the end of June 25
- Configuration across all systems in the new technology stack, centered around a new Salesforce instance. Creating custom fields, page layouts and workflows or other automations as required to provide a streamlined and intuitive user experience across each tool in the stack
- Complete the migration of our Celigo connector between NetSuite and Salesforce from our existing Salesforce instance to our new one
- Configuring and testing other integrations as required ensuring all key information is easily available in the places where it is needed, workflows are as streamlined as possible and repeat data entry and duplication of effort are eliminated
- Assist with data clean-up, mapping and migration
- Producing process documentation and training materials to support in the project roll out
- Act as a core member of the project team in the UAT, roll out and training of the new systems for end users throughout the business
- Continue to work with the project team to support the business following initial roll out to ensure end users are fully successful in their use of the new tools. Help to ensure queries are addressed promptly and that configuration, integrations and workflows operate optimally and any snagging issues are fully addressed
Things you will struggle without
- A very high level of proficiency in Salesforce configuration and set up. Including Salesforce flows, custom objects, page layouts, use of an import tool and deployment from sandbox to a live environment
- Experience in setting up integrations between SAAS software tools. Previous use of Celigo would be beneficial
- A clear and logical approach to data flows and systems structure and the ability to demonstrate this approach through previous experience
- Experience working with structured data in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets)
- Passionate about the benefits internal systems can bring to teams and to businesses. Motivated to fully optimise all systems and processes both for the benefits it brings to the business and the personal sense of achievement you get from building something really great
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate across departments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically
Things that are good to have
- Previous experience in setting up a Celigo connector, ideally between NetSuite and Salesforce
- Experience with SAAS billing systems, such as Chargebee
- Familiarity with marketing technologies, such as Hubspot
- Experience configuring Zendesk or another support desk software
- Previous experience with Gong or another call intelligence software
- Previous experience in Customer Success software
- Experience documenting processes or creating user guides
- Experience of successful hybrid working
